1. Information we collect

When you write to us through the contact form on this site, we receive the following.

• Your name
• Your salon or company name
• Your email address
• Your telephone number
• The type and the content of your inquiry

Everything other than your name, your email address and the content of your inquiry is optional. You can write to us without filling those fields in.

2. What we use it for

We use the personal information you give us only for the following purposes.

• Answering your inquiry and staying in touch with you about it
• Explaining our training courses, arranging dates and enrolling you
• Explaining our products and handling the administration of an order
• Sending you the materials you ask for

If we ever need to use it for anything else, we will ask you again first. We do not send advertising or promotional email without your consent.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide your personal information to any third party without your consent, except in the following cases.

• Where the law requires it
• Where it is necessary to protect someone's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent

4. Outsourcing, and transfers to service providers outside Japan

We use outside services to run this site and to answer your inquiries. All of these providers are based outside Japan, andthe personal information you give us is handled on servers outside Japan. We allow our providers to handle it only within the purposes set out above, and we require them to manage it properly.

We use generative AI services withthe setting that prevents what we enter from being used to train the service, and our rule is not to enter personal information that is not needed.

By ticking the consent box on the contact form and sending it, you agree to the handling described above. If you would rather not agree to it, please contact us by telephone instead.

5. Security

All traffic on this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Personal information you give us is handled by a limited number of people, and we take the measures needed to prevent it being lost, altered or disclosed.

6. Cookies and analytics

If you only read this site, we do not collect the kind of name or contact details you would enter into the contact form. To understand loading speed, which pages are read and how the purchase and inquiry buttons are used, and to improve the site, we use the following analytics services.

• Cloudflare Web Analytics:measures page views and loading performance in a way that collects no personal data.
• Google Analytics 4:sends pages viewed, clicks, device and browser information, cookies and similar identifiers to Google LLC, and measures page views and the use of the purchase, LINE and inquiry buttons. Storage for advertising purposes, Google signals and ad personalization are all turned off.
• Microsoft Clarity:sends pages viewed, clicks, device and browser information, cookies and similar identifiers to Microsoft Corporation, and is used for click heatmaps and session recordings to improve the site. Storage for advertising purposes is turned off, and the whole contact form is masked so that what you type is excluded from the recording.

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load automatically only when Cloudflare determines that you are in Japan. If you are anywhere else, or if your country cannot be determined, they do not load and no consent pop-up is shown. What is sent, where it goes and what it is used for are published in this section.

Displaying a page loads web fonts from an outside provider in the United States, so your IP address and browser information are sent to that provider.

7. How long we keep it

We keep the personal information you give us for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for any period the law requires, after which we dispose of it properly.

8. Access, correction and deletion

If you ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your personal information, we will confirm your identity and act on it promptly. Please use our contact form.
