Do I need special equipment to offer LED eyelash extensions?
Yes, and the starter kit contains all of it. There is nothing else you need to buy separately.
Can I learn enough from the online course alone to offer this in my salon?
The core technique can be learned online. If you want to be certain of your results, we recommend the in-person course, or the training that goes with the starter kit.
Which payment methods can I use?
Our Japanese online shop accepts VISA, Mastercard, JCB and American Express. For orders from outside Japan, please contact us and we will go through it with you.
How long does the starter kit take to arrive?
Within Japan it normally arrives 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed, depending on stock. For delivery outside Japan, please ask us.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Unopened and unused items can be returned if you contact us within 7 days of arrival. The full terms are set out in our Japanese notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
